Alissa Canimkorbigi

Alissa joined Kempenfelt Bay School as the Administrative Coordinator in February 2022. Her passion for organization, attention to detail, and flair for fostering a positive environment ensures that everything runs seamlessly behind the scenes. With a background in Child and Youth, Alissa brings experience and expertise when working with young children. 

In addition to her administrative duties, Alissa is also the warm, comforting, and approachable presence in our front office for when students need a band-aid or a snuggle and story time on the couch. Alissa ensures the front office fosters a nurturing environment during times of discomfort or illness, creating a safe haven where students know they are cared for and supported. 

When she is not meticulously coordinating operations, Alissa enjoys spending time with her two fur babies, as well as travelling and golfing with her fiance. This well-rounded approach to life is a reflection of her ability to find balance and maintain a positive outlook. She is always looking forward to meeting families and welcoming them into the KBS community.
