Student Life
At Kempenfelt Bay School, we pride ourselves in our ability to create an appetite for knowledge. We offer a curriculum that is rigorous yet flexible, and which extends far beyond the four walls of the classroom. We know that when children understand why they are learning what they are learning, stronger connections are made, and material is better retained. We achieve this by linking what they learn in class to the world around them.
Our school motto: I Can, I Will.
The Houses

Feigel Morrice Labatt Christie
Students participate in a year-long points race against the other Houses in the school promoting house-pride and teamwork.
This race includes activities like:
- Sports Day activities
- Community outreach programmes
- Charitable fundraising
- School challenges for individuals and entire Houses
Sense of Belonging
One of the greatest benefits of belonging to a House is the relationships that the students have with their housemates. From Day 1 they have an instant group of friends ranging from the most junior in Kindergarten to the Grade 8 House Leaders.
These housemates sit together, work together and have fun together for their entire KBS student careers.
Co-curricular Programme
